Low Eng Hor Ice Kacang at Lorong Selamat, 10400 Penang.

( due to it's famous so it's a bit expensive compare with others Chay Kuey Teow in Penang)

Tired eyes with eyes beg + dark circles.

As a conclusion, I'm kinda enjoy the moment in Penang.
